Refunds

A refund may be sent with the exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue,
which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, we may ask you to provide:
•  Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
•  Your order details (order number, shipping info, etc.)

Returns

Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email info@southwestspirulina.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
